Struggling in the clearances even though Rozee is out and Butters well held by Cincotta...I think Port are playing better but the good thing is they have kicked poorly for goal apart from Georgiades who is their lone forward.
Cripps, Hewett and Kennedy need to give us something along with Acres and we will win the game.

Not a great spectacle, think the players from both teams unsure how the umps will interpret things.
The other thing is these ch7 commentators continually talking up port and hanging it on us.....we are actually in front.

The rule change doesn't suit one paced mids who can break tackles. Was never going to help us. Rozee butters and Horne Francis though.

Its a bit of a slog, but we are certainly still in it at this point which is half the battle. 3 points up is nothing.
We can break the game open with a big 3rd quarter.
or
We could lose the game by dropping our bundle.
I think we'll fall in a hole in the last, as we had a tough game against Gold Coast and Port had the NM bye so should be fresher.
