Re: New Skipper? - ItsOurTime - 02-15-2016 Walker is the interesting one. Coach throwing down the gauntlet, keen to see if he responds Re: New Skipper? - PaulP - 02-15-2016 (02-15-2016, 11:01 AM)ItsOurTime link Wrote:Walker is the interesting one. Then I saw Walks............... Re: New Skipper? - DJC - 02-15-2016 There's an interesting interview with the skipper here: http://www.carltonfc.com.au/video/2016-02-15/murphy-appointed-skipper-for-2016?camefrom=EMCL_960581_38146485 Clearly the playing group and coaches think more highly of Murph's leadership than some supporters. Murph is obviously aware of the knocks on his captaincy but he's also confident that he is the right man for the job. Re: New Skipper? - cookie2 - 02-15-2016 It's a pretty good group with Murph as, IMO, the obvious choice for capt. for the time being. Good to see Simmo in there as the senior elder statesman, Cripps as a rep of the younger guys and Curnow as a testament to sheer effort! 8) 1AW must going OK too. Yes, particularly with how his head seems so much bigger

Perhaps this might mean we recover faster than we expect! Re: New Skipper? - PaulP - 02-16-2016 Did Simmo ever require anything to click ? Observing as an outsider, he has come across to me as our spiritual leader for a number of years. |
