Looks like Binns and Akui not playing and neither us Lord.

It seems one of those accepted truths in AFL that a whole-of-club positive trajectory is an important component of success for the seniors. If so, we've got a way to go with the VFL team. They seem to be going backwards.

x 2
Bullants Coached by ex VFA player player Rohan Welsh who of course played with the Blues until a terrible leg injury I think it was cut his career short. ex Saint long retired Sam Gilbert playing for the Bullants....

as much as this might be true, a lack of continuity and injury issue in the ones has the flow on effect in the twos.  It's also a 4 goal southerly blowing according to the commentary team which favoured the ballasts first quarter.  We'll see how the second goes I reckon which might give us an indicator.

Maybe they should merge....  ?

Back in the old days we would have been at risk of relegation to Div 2.....imagine the mighty Carlton playing the likes of Sunshine, Camberwell, Yarraville etc...

Putrid first 15 minutes, then started to get some ball only to give up 2 late goals.  Still in this if we get our arses into gear, we should steamroll a bunch of part-timers.  Carroll certainly fighting to keep his spot in the ones, little Durds prominent and Billy Wilson showing something as is Moir to a lesser extent but Motlop, Binns, Marchbank virtually unsighted and Young beaten.

Down 15-45 at QT and give up the first of Q2 almost immediately.

Has had 2 touches so far. Will be in the twos for a while I'd say.

Doing what we do best when chasing from behind......point kicking.
