I'm not sure i would be wasting anymore time on Honey, Carroll.....throw in Philp.
Unless Dow and LOB can show some real form in the 1's before the end of the year, they are probably next in line.

Martin....i don't think running around in the 2's is his thing. I get the impression he feels its beneath him, or at least doesn't put in his best when he's playing 2's.
He has quite a few more gears he can go to when he is in form and confident....we should play him in the 1's and give him a role that can feed his ego and get him near his best.
If his body continues to break down though...it might be time to send him packing too.

Yep
If he's fit enough to play he plays seniors.
He provides something different to what we have there at the moment.
But it's very much a last chance and if he goes down with an injury that's the ball game.

"Feed his ego." I hope that was a slip of the tongue. That's about the last thing you want to do if he's to be a good team-mate. The best team players think 'us/we' long before they consider 'I/me.'

At this point in time Martin should approach every game like it's going to be his last, because it could be.  If he's not prepared to put in playing twos, or any game for that matter, clean out your locker champ.
