Lot of Carlton haters around....when we were a power club thats how it was and the club thrived on being top dog and us against them....good sign if more people hate us because they must be starting to worry about the rebirth...

Respect is earned. We started earning respect last season, and we are continuing this currently.
We may not necessarily win a lot more this year, but this is the first time in a long time, that we seem to be working towards making teams earn the win.

I'm not sure i'd call it respect.
We are where the Bulldogs were before they won the flag.
I call it the pity phase.
People are starting to feel sorry for us because we pose no real threat and haven't done for a long long time now.

I think that we are being shown a lot of respect by the more knowledgeable, balanced media commentators. Respect, and not a little surprise, for the way SOS has built the list and Bolts has built the capacity of the players. I think there's also just a little concern that the juggernaut is building
