They are well drilled , the way they break , we can learn from them for sure. Evident again Philips takes a mark short of the centre has no where to go , slow rainmaker into the forward line , no real direction and they clear with ease.

Stat on Fox shows the dominance 9 out of the last 10 scores

Most of the ugliness in modern footy comes from the child like obsession with mass numbers at the stoppages - those teams that can get fast, clean takeaways from the congestion are at an enormous advantage - and at the moment, GWS and Geelong are the best at this.

To true PaulP they are certainly putting on a clinic today, difference in class & skills is on show for sure.

Our tackling looks very good to me. 12 points down. Tutt OOF.

Much better that quarter but apart from Walker who looks dangerous we have absolutely nothing in our forward 50.
Thomas barely sighted, Gibbs probably our best so far along with Docherty but it's getting monotonous naming those two every week.
The back six are holding up well but there's an awful lot coming their way.
We're really missing the skipper.

They are much slicker and more efficient than us. We are fighting hard but pretty much outclassed skill-wise - we'll always struggle against teams this good. Tutt unfortunately is not going to help us go forward to success. Hard to judge our forwards badly since we just can't give them good F50 ball delivery. I didn't see too much in the NBs to excite me either, apart from L. Jones possibly but he suffers the same starvation problems as our other forwards when he plays seniors.

At least they are having a fair dinkum go at it.

Not sure two ruckmen works for us ???
Kreuzer seems to go better when he's our sole ruck.

Enjoyed Sumner's speed and slick little sliding trick.
Kerridge and Byrne looking good too.
