What sh$ts me is we were never "a good young side"... We stank and then we cobbled together enough decent players to be ok.... But we need to strike now because I fear our window is very narrow because there is nothing comping through under the senior group.

We are younger but need to build depth for the future and be like Geelong and a contender every season.
