Very poor effort against a committed but limited team that play kamikaze footy and will scrag in every contest and play on the limit of the rules. We just don’t have that mongrel mentality in enough of our players.
We look really slow across the ground tonight and really need Jack Martin back in the side as he can provide class and nous up forward. If he breaks down again too bad we need to at least try him.

Brisbane at Brisbane next - not sure what to make out of this one. Just seems we did not defend from the front and they rebounded much better and more numbers around the ball. We got outccouched here and Hewett is a huge loss.
If the coaching group need to look at different things by dropping Jack then I suggest change the small forward mix because it isn;t working imo
