I was hoping we'd seen the last of this bloke and the selection issues swirling around him like a tornado.
Starc has continued to stink it up at the IPL.
Something has to give regarding selections for Australia or we'll end up like West Coast.

Money - ruining cricket, ruining footy. Narcicism - ever present in both as well.
For me, this IPL is the one ruining cricket - too many scores of 220+ from 20 overs. Not a contest between teams - contest between batters. Bowlers and Fielders merely get in the way.
While Warner should not be in the squad, I think JFM will get worked out - maybe bowling restrictions will work in his favour. JFM is currently 23rd on the 2024 IPL runs scored list - although has played at least 2 less games than anyone above him - but his strike rate is the best.
World Cup is in USA and Windies, so small grounds will suit.
