If you deliberately tried to do this under the AFL/AFLW system, that is deliberately try to create a completely crap club, you would probably fail! So how can it be, even if we were left to our own devices a 100% failure would be a 50/50 proposition!

This is seeing the forest for the trees. The next coach will simply be sacked in 3 years time. The club has to look at why it has a long standing culture of poor decision making.
